What to expect when you come in.

Sessions are calm and practical. There is time to talk, time to notice what is happening in the body, and time for the work itself to unfold without hurry.

What happens

A simple shape for the appointment.

  1. Arrive and settle. There is a little time to talk about what brings you in and what you have noticed.
  2. Notice comfort and movement. Karina may observe posture, movement, tension, or areas that feel guarded.
  3. Work gently with the body. You stay clothed while Karina uses comfortable positioning, small movements, and attentive touch.
  4. Pause and respond. The work is unhurried, with space for the body to respond in its own time.
  5. Finish with a clear next step. You can ask questions and discuss what may be useful after the session.

What to wear

Loose, comfortable clothing.

Please wear clothing you can rest and move in comfortably. Soft layers are useful if you tend to get cool while lying still.
